Youth for Policy Volunteers gets recruited at IID

10 Youth for Policy volunteers who got recruited under the internship program at IID (parent organization of ‘Youth for Policy’ initiative). The Youth for Policy Volunteers recently got an exclusive chance to apply for the internship program and after intense competition IID recruited best of the bests.

The new members of IID team were welcomed to the office through a virtual team meeting.In an work environment, while the office space can be essential, it can also be overrated at times as well. And in a pandemic situation, where a combined office space is questionable, IID has decided to go for remote e-recruitment starting with the Internship Program.

The remote recruitment was conducted during the month of May. The process resulted into recruitment of 10 interns from 6 (Bogra, Dhaka, Jhalokathi, Khulna, Lakshmipur, Sylhet ans Satkhira) different districts.

The Youth for Policy Volunteer network, an youth led initiative of IID, got the exclusive chance to apply for the internship program. The new members of IID team were welcomed to the office through a virtual team meeting on the 12th of May 2020.
